Magick Workforce is young, but the people behind it have spent a decade shipping software inside startups, agencies, and product teams. We started this studio to do that work the way we always wished we could.
We met building products at other companies, some venture-backed, some agencies, some in-house teams. We kept running into the same thing: projects slowed down not by hard problems, but by handoffs, junior benches, and layers of people between the work and the people doing it.
So we built the studio we'd want to hire: senior people only, no handoffs, and software in your hands every week.
Magick Force is intentionally small. The people who scope your project are the ones who design and ship it. We don't have a sales team that disappears after the contract is signed, you work directly with the people doing the work, start to finish. Being new means we're hungry, transparent about where we are, and obsessive about getting your first project right. The experience isn't new, only the name on the door is.
